Some serious talk ; Coming out of my depression

Hello to one and all!

Alright. So this is my very first post and I'm nervous, curious and elated at the same time, wondering if people would ignore, hate or like it.
(If you are in a mood to read something philosophical, go on! I have tried my best to make it interesting and motivating).
Okay. So I shall be talking about few serious 'things' which we need to follow always in our lives. It is generally known to us that we should never tell a lie for wrong reasons, insult anyone unnecessarily, respect one another, respect decisions, never let anyone down.. YES, you know it all.
But, who follows it? What I mean to say is, when you ask this question to yourself, you will realize that you might have done them, but in a restricted way :

You LIED to few people, INSULTED few people, RESPECTED decisions of only few people, and so on.

We have been restricting ourselves to certain people. We know what's right but we fail to understand how we need to work on them. I'm just in 12th and no I've not experienced that many miserable/tragic/happy moments for having shared that philosophy.
A lot of people go into depression, for which they are unable to share a reason. They 'often' become an introvert. Having experienced the same, I think I am pretty sure with what I'm saying. Every person has his ups and downs. You have to believe the fact that there is going to be a BIG down in your life too. We have to help one another during bad times. For me, hatred is a useless thing. But unfortunately, it is found to be the most abundant resource in the society today.

Not that I am advising people to trust everyone blindly, do not take risks or admire the wrong people. It is obviously a fact that we need to treat everyone equally, wisely and in the right way. And THAT requires experience.

Coming to the  positive aspect! I came out of my 2 year- depression only 3 years before. Believe me, I have  experienced a lot, and have come a long way.

These two years have been two of the best years of my life!
I have not only learnt to feel strong about myself, but I HAVE HELPED A FRIEND OF MINE TO GET OUT OF DEPRESSION, TOO!

^ Yes, in capital letters. Because that's something to be proud of!
I sound more of an immature person but that's how it feels.
And I couldn't have done all this if I hadn't explored myself!
I strongly believe that it is one of our human duties to know what's wrong or right for us!

Lastly I would like to say, that it is easy to follow these simple rules in life! JUST LIKE HOW I DID!

Spread the love!

GIVE IT A TRY.

.
EQUALITY AND HAPPINESS GO HAND IN HAND!

(As I said, people who are/were depressed feel uneasy to talk about their depression, you are advised to avoid asking any question related to the same).
Thank you.
Take care!
